If you would like to book an appointment then please contact us. Please check our normal hours of operation before booking a routine appointment. If we feel your pet needs to be attention as an emergency during normal working hours then you will be seen immediately, regardless of appointment availability.
If you have transport difficulties or you would simply prefer to have your pet examined in the comfort of your own home then please contact the surgery to arrange a home visit. The additional charge applied for a home visit is calculated on a ‘distance from the surgery’ scale and potential for out of hours attendance.
The constant upgrading of practice standards and equipment has recently required the introduction of the very latest high tech laser surgery systems permitting a far greater range of surgical techniques and minimising tissue damage and aiding a more rapid recovery for your pet. This laser is unique to the practice.
In the medium and longer term, the practice has a hydrotherapy centre with a specialist treadmill which aids recovery after surgery or injury and also strengthens muscles to help improve conditions such as arthritis. These treatment modalities are at the cutting edge of modern veterinary care and will help your pets get back to feeling themselves as fast as possible. We are one of the few practices who are able to offer these services. Please ask the reception or vets for more information.

With a bank of kennels on site, your pet will be cared for by our team in our post operative care unit.
If you are concerned about your pet outside of the normal hours of operation then please contact the surgery as normal and follow the automated instructions.
