Updates on VIP
We are currently reviewing our VIP plan and the products we supply as we are experiencing difficulties sourcing certain products.
For all VIP clients, we will provide a written prescription for three months for you to obtain your flea and worm treatment through an online pharmacy.
We will also pause all monthly payments for the duration of three months, so that you are not paying Vale Vets while we are not supplying the products. You will however, need to pay the online pharmacy.
For all VIP clients who have been on the plan for over three months, we will honour any booster vaccinations due within the next three months also.
If your VIP payment for May has already been paid, we will honour that individual month’s flea treatment, then the same will apply as above, whereby we will issue a written prescription and pause your monthly payments.
If your payment is by standing order, you will need to cancel this as we are unable to.
Written Prescriptions:
We can either give the prescription to you in person or send it to your email address. You then need to send this to the online veterinary pharmacy of your choice. All details of how to submit will be on their websites.
